​Frederick’s academic journey began in Cape Coast, where he attended the Roman Catholic Jubilee School before moving on to the University of Cape Coast (UCC) Junior High School. He completed his secondary education at the prestigious St. Augustine’s College in 1997, a foundation that propelled him into higher education. Demonstrating a keen interest in organizational leadership, he earned a degree in Business Administration from Regent College of Science and Technology and later returned to his roots to complete an MBA at the University of Cape Coast. His commitment to lifelong learning continues today as he pursues a second master’s degree in Communication at the University of Education, Winneba.

Frederick’s early career saw him gaining operational experience as a Field Supervisor at M&D Metals, followed by a transition into the financial sector as the Head of Marketing for the Tudu branch of Ezi Savings and Loans Limited. He further honed his strategic expertise as the Director for Marketing and Communications at Bright Line Company Limited. This wealth of experience eventually led him to his current high-impact roles as the Public Relations Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, where he serves as a vital link between the institution and the public.

​Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Frederick is a firm believer in "working smart" and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. He is an avid traveler who finds joy in exploring new environments and making new friends, often spending his leisure time swimming.
